Clinic – Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Summit Clinic is a community health center in the rural areas of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The clinic was built by donations from employees of Florida Hospital and others donors. It provides outpatient health services to the community and is hoping to expand its services to include gastroenterology and dentistry.

Learning Village

The Learning Village is a school located in the outskirts of Addis Ababa. Over 750 children attend school at the Learning Village from pre-kindergarten through 8th grade. In 2013, Florida Hospital raised the money to expand the preschool/kindergarten program. On our most recent trip to Ethiopia the children from the school were given health assessments and were also able to attend Creation Health presentations.
